You must know about it, on the Internet, images are used as if they were free of rights and even often directly from the creator website. A site can display an image which is hosted on your server and use your bandwidth instead of its own. 
If this method can be acceptable when the steal comes from the user of a forum, it's intolerable when that comes from the writer of an important site, sometimes making much more traffic than yours and being able to put your server down!

Some sites to keep the visitors on their own URL establish a link to your site posted inside a frame, i.e. one of HTML elements <object> (the only one still valid) <frame> ou <iframe>..
This is the case for example in search engines Google and Yahoo/Bing, during the search for images. They display a big image with your site in background for the first and on the bottom for the second. This is a hateful method, particularly from these rich web giants, which instead sending you traffic only facilitates the theft of your images. 
We can fight with a small and simple code in Javascript which will allow you to redisplay systematically your site on a full page, with its URL in the address bar.

As often the pornographic content is very attiring for the little geeks in lack of sex! Android does not make an exception. Although the pornographic contents are censured in the applications on the official market, we can find some porn elsewhere and some apps are borderline of what is accepted by the puritan American giant Google.
Some of these applications, which attract you for example with manga trailers or Japanese porn, hide in fact unpleasant sendings of your personal information. Some were identified but the passion for sexy content can only encourage to prudence with this kind of applications. You are now warned!

You all know about the brutal stop of the file-sharing site MegaUpload and and other sites of the group, follow-up by the arrest of the leaders including president Kim Schmitz alias Kim Dotcom in Zealand News.
Today he makes his first televised appearance since his arrest and his release in bond. He affirms of course that he will defend himself and compares his activity to other sharing sites like Google which often gained lawsuits of the same style. No one imagines the FBI abruptly close all Google's sites under pretext that Youtube is used to diffuse illegal videos. Of course, the yankee giant has much more lawyers than any other company in the sector!

The fact that MegaUpload and its leaders are guilty or not to incentive piracy and other eccentric counts of indictment is not what shocks me more. The most alarming thing in this case is the brutal stop of twenty Web sites throughout the world by the FBI, i.e. an American organization, without any lawsuit...
